GIVE US THIS DAY — East Texas Deathcore Band

GIVE US THIS DAY is a deathcore band based out of East Texas, formed around a collective goal of delivering heavy music with a clear, direct message.

The project was initially conceived by guitarist Josh McGuire and bassist Bobby Edwards following their departure from the Texas-based metal band The Dialectic. Looking to establish a fresh musical direction while staying true to their heavy roots, the duo quickly began assembling an experienced lineup of musicians from across the regional underground scene.

Fronting the band is vocalist Nick "BigBoss" Dellitalia, formerly of the deathcore outfit All Is Taken. The lineup is rounded out by Matt Calhoun handling co-guitar duties alongside McGuire, and drummer Mark Guerrero—previously of Twelve Gauge Face-Lift and Before the Throne—providing the band's crushing rhythmic foundation.
